Hello! I am Aida and I am so glad you are here!

I help overwhelmed moms transform their past trauma into mental health and generational well-being. I offer resources and guidance to help you work through the challenges your are facing in motherhood, mental health, and parenting.

Do you find yourself feeling overwhelmed?

Are you stressed out about all of the things that you have to manage with very little time for yourself?

Are you struggling to figure out how to navigate a mental health challenge for you or someone you love?

Are you struggling with knowing how to navigate your child’s school experience and where you fit in?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, you have found the right place for community and support.

During the shutdowns brought on by the pandemic in 2020, my everyday life changed dramatically, as it did for so many. I became a work from home mom trying to navigate a new remote learning format for my youngest daughter and juggling what felt like too many transitions all at once.

I found myself completely overwhelmed and began taking small steps to take care of myself in order to juggle the demands that motherhood brought on during that time.

I longed for community and as I began reaching out to other moms, I realized that I wasn’t alone.  We were all going through a lot.  The pandemic merely magnified the overwhelm that had been present for so long.

My self-care routines of morning walks and small steps toward self care resonated with other moms on social media.

I learned a lot abut myself and about the importance of taking care of myself so I can serve those I love out of a place of nourishment rather than burnout.

While the shutdowns were temporary, the demands of motherhood are not.  I had pushed my own needs aside for far too long and I am determined not to let that happen again.

Are you stuck? Does it seem as if self care is impossible during your current season of motherhood?
