Hi, I am Aida.

Balancing self-care and motherhood can become quite a challenge. I am here to walk this journey with you.

Do you find yourself feeling overwhelmed?

Are you stressed out about all of the things that you have to manage with very little time for yourself?

Are you struggling to figure out how to navigate a mental health challenge for you or someone you love?

Are you struggling with knowing how to navigate your child’s school experience and where you fit in?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, you have found the right place for community and support.

During the shutdowns brought on by the pandemic in 2020, my everyday life changed dramatically, as it did for so many. I became a work from home mom trying to navigate a new remote learning format for my youngest daughter and juggling what felt like too many transitions all at once.

I found myself completely overwhelmed and began taking small steps to take care of myself in order to balance the demands that motherhood brought on during that time.

I longed for community and as I began reaching out to other moms, I realized that I wasn’t alone.  We were all juggling our a lot.  The pandemic merely magnified the overwhelm that had been present for so long.

My self-care routines of morning walks and small steps toward self care resonated with other moms on social media.

This is how my message became clear:  I help overwhelmed moms balance their own self-care with the demands of motherhood.

While the shutdowns may have been temporary, the demands of motherhood are not.  I had pushed my own needs aside for far too long and I am determined not to let that happen again.

Are you stuck? Does it seem as if self care is impossible during your current season of motherhood?  It is okay to start small.
